 I work for the Department for Education and Employment

 I am married with two children who go to school at Hunloke Primary and Tupton Hall schools

 I undertake the following activities in the village:

 Vice-Chairman of Hunloke Park Primary School

 Chairman of Wingerworth Youth Centre

 Organiser of the annual village fair

 Chairman of Wingerworth Youth Centre

 Chairman of the Wingerworth Table Tennis Club

 Member of the All Saints Church Parochial Church Council

 I am a Reiki practitioner and have an interest in natural healing

 I am a supporter of Chesterfield Football Club
